Home Page Summary

The homepage was designed to build trust and clearly communicate the platform’s value. It highlights key features such as secure rent collection, maintenance management, and document sharing through a clean visual layout, strong call-to-action sections, and professional branding.

Problem Statement

Many landlords still manage rental operations manually using spreadsheets, calls, and messaging apps, which creates problems such as missed payments, disorganized maintenance tracking, and poor financial visibility. Existing platforms are often too complex or expensive for small property owners, creating a need for a simpler and more user-friendly solution.

UX Challenges & Solutions

One of the main UX challenges was simplifying a feature-rich property management system without overwhelming users. This was solved by creating a clean layout, structured navigation, and clear information hierarchy. Financial data was simplified using KPI cards and charts, while responsive layouts ensured smooth usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Style Guide

The Rentful style guide was designed to create a modern, clean, and trustworthy visual identity for the platform. A green-based color system was selected to represent growth, stability, security, and financial trust. The primary colors use strong vibrant greens for important actions and branding, while secondary olive-green tones provide balance and visual depth. Light color variations improve readability, spacing, and content hierarchy across the landing page and dashboard. The overall style system focuses on consistency, accessibility, and a professional SaaS experience.

Dashboard Summary

The dashboard provides landlords with a centralized workspace to monitor payments, property performance, maintenance requests, and financial reports. KPI cards, charts, and organized navigation help users access important information quickly while maintaining a clean and user-friendly experience.

Rental Transactions Summary

The Property Rental Transactions section was designed to help landlords monitor payment activities in a simple and organized way. It provides a clear overview of rental income, transaction history, payment status, and financial records through structured tables and visual summaries. The clean layout improves readability and allows users to track property-related transactions quickly and efficiently.
