About the Project
BRAC Bank Limited is a private commercial bank in Bangladesh that was established in 2001. The bank focuses on providing financial services to individuals, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and corporate clients. It was created with the goal of supporting entrepreneurs and helping small businesses grow. BRAC Bank offers various services such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, SME financing, and digital banking. The bank is known for its strong focus on SME banking and modern technology-based banking services. Today, BRAC Bank Limited operates many branches, ATMs, and digital platforms across the country to serve millions of customers

Problems
The old website of BRAC Bank Limited experienced a noticeable drop in users in May 2025, which was largely caused by its outdated design and poor usability. In that month, the website received around 465,260 visitors, but by June 2025, the number fell to approximately 344,650 visitors, showing a 26% decrease. This decline happened because the old website was not mobile-friendly, had complex navigation, text-heavy pages, and slow loading speed. Users struggled to quickly find information or use digital banking services on mobile devices, so many preferred mobile apps or alternative digital platforms. This example clearly highlights how website design and usability directly affect user engagement and traffic.
Our Solutions
After launching the new BRAC Bank website, user engagement and market reach improved significantly compared to the old platform. For example, in June 2025, the old website had around 344,650 visitors, but after updating to the new design, the number of users increased to approximately 512,400 visitors in July 2025, showing a growth of about 48.6% in just one month. This increase was due to the website’s modern design, faster loading speed, mobile-friendly layout, and better digital banking features such as online account opening, fund transfers, and bill payments. The improved navigation and interactive services made it easier for both individual and SME customers to access banking products, contributing to higher market engagement and online adoption. This example demonstrates how redesigning a website can directly boost user growth and expand the bank’s digital presence.
